Kotor is the southernmost fjord in Europe and has the most beautiful landscapes in the Mediterranean. It is surrounded by high mountains, which are reflected in the sea. Ride along the Bay of Risan, the former seat of the Illyrian Queen Teuta and the picturesque Perast, the established location of many sea captains.
The tour continues by boat to the small island of ‘Our Lady of Skrpjela’,. According to the legend the island was built by sailors. Everytime they returned home they threw a stone into the bay for luck and thus created a small island with a church.
The tour continues to the city of Kotor, which is known for its Old Town and it is under UNESCO protection. This place is surrounded by ramparts and fortresses, with impressive Romanesque cathedral of St. Tryphon (the patron) and the St. Luke's Church. The ride is followed by an orientation visit to Budva, one of the oldest towns on the Adriatic coast. Leisure time. Return to Dubrovnik Cross, the bay by ferry.
